1.   Contract and Agreement

      All orders placed by Customers are subject to acceptance of the Terms & Conditions stated hereafter.

2.   Pricing

      Prices are determined according to the Rockstar Bakers Price List on the day of ordering.

3.   VAT

      Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged if applicable, according to legislation at the time of invoicing.

4.   Orders

      The majority of our sourdough products require 48 hour notice.  Therefore orders need to be placed by midday two days before delivery. 

      For Monday & Tuesday orders, please place these on Friday by 3pm. For any cancellations or alterations the same time line is required.  Please email        

      bread@rockstarbakers.co.uk with orders.

5.   Deliveries

      The customer is responsible for providing a safe delivery area as we will not accept responsibility for any goods stolen or damaged after delivery.  Our  

      deliveries are free for orders over the value of £15.00, if your order value drops below £15.00 but above £10.00 the charge is £3.00 or if your order value

      drops below £10.00, the charge is £5.00

6.   Claims

      All goods should be inspected upon arrival and any shortage or damage should be reported to Rockstar Bakers by 2pm on the day of delivery.

7.   Payment

      Rockstar Bakers' invoices are emailed to you for each week’s delivery and these need be forwarded to your accounts department for settlement.  Payments      are due weekly by Monday, close of business.  Any late payments are subject to a late fee charge and interest at 3%.
