Sourdough
We specialise in Sourdough Bread that is left to prove for 48 hours. This long fermentation method creates a wonderful deep flavour that you don't find in many other breads. Also no yeast is added to our Sourdough, which in turn means that it is easier to digest. Most of our products include our Sourdough starter, so even if you are purchasing a White Bloomer or an English Muffin, you still have a hint of the Sourdough flavour. For us, quality is the key factor. We do not take short cuts and we always strive to produce the best products me can make.

Not only can you get great Sourdough from us, but we also make proper buttery Croissants, Pain aux Raisins, Almond Croissants and many more. On top of this we also create many cakes such as Banana Bread, Chocolate Truffle Brownie, Carrot Cake, Doughnuts and many different flavours of sweet muffins. Our cake list changes seasonally, so please ask if you have a special request.
